Miami and ND have similar SOS, and ND is an ACC affiliate playing a mostly ACC schedule. The appropriate comparison is that of two ACC teams. And Miami won head to head. They have the same record. In any other sport- actually with any other team- Miami gets placed above ND.

VT has a better than average run game…but not great…not even top 30 in the country

Their passing game, which we’ve held in check is literally one of the worst passing offenses in the country.

Point is..we can’t key in stopping their strength..,and the strength ain’t that good. They have 128 yards at half, which puts them on track to be better than their average.

I HOPE we stuff them in the 2nd half….but yes we are playing like garbage against the run. We aren’t playing a Top 25 team, where we might be ecstatic about being up 20-3, but instead we are up 20-3, while tackling poorly against a team that is 3-7 with a loss to Old Dominion

The one thing Virginia tech can do is run the football, they average about 200 yards a game and are Top 20 in YPC. Still I'll take holding them to 3 in the first half all day
