ACC refs have to get paid a quota for calling penalties. Only thing that makes sense.

I was looking up some stats earlier. Most to see where Miami ranked in terms of penalties of opponents. What is saw was interesting. Penn state and Ohio state Iowa were all right there with us. Looking deeper the big 10 was all up there in terms of low penalties per game against opponents. So I flipped it to see again where Miami was in terms of penalties against. Right where you expect but no big ten teams. Restored and found all the big ten teams amongst the lowest penalties per game. No ACC teams to be found on either list expect Miami for the bad. The ACC just can’t help itself with all these flags and it’s killing the conference. They need to call it like the Big10.
