Which Cane might be the surprise star of the game? We know Beck might have a great game or one of the running backs or Bain on the defensive line. What about someone else who makes a big momentum changing play? A forced fumble. An interception. A long kick or punt return.

ND is gonna pressure Carson with 5/6 70% of the time. Carson hasn't been good under pressure, in fact he's been bad. Dawson will be ready with pressure beaters, hot concepts and max protections. The keys to the game will come down to:

-Carson must be patient and callout extra men. His presnap calls are going to make an enormous difference. Love his experience and Dawson's coaching here.

-Our WRs must win 1 on 1s. They're not going to play much zone. Expect us to win in the middle of the field more.

-Our run game is built for pressures. We stick with Duo and build off of that.
The run that sticks out to me is that counter we ran against Florida. I think we see that, use Lofton on some inside trap and iso. That opens up the PA game for Lofton to do work. Stay downhill especially when Hinish is on the field.

-Lastly, I think Carson is going to keep a couple Zone reads . ND is gonna be ultra aggressive off the edges, corners are gonna bail and he's gonna get them for 10-15 yds a couple times.

The duo of Dawson and Beck win this game with their experience. Think of how we looked vs A&M and UF. TVD and Ward played great throwing for 750 combined and there were a lot of open guys. But we stuck with the run combining for 52 attempts.

Canes 35-24

Canes - 27
Lil' Green Goblins - 13

Gonna be sloppy first half... then Beck is gonna get the job done.

PR: ?? I actually have no idea, maybe Marion as well? Haven’t heard much.

K - Bert Auburn (he’s gonna nail a 50+ I can feel it)
P - Dylan Joyce (honestly a pretty good punter and in this type of game that WILL be important)

I bet Horton is really loving his decision right now LOL, have fun with Ty- won’t run for the 1st-Simpson
I think Blount is staying at DE and won't be at DT.

If the defense is improved this game should be good. First time starers did horrible this weekend. If that trend continues and the defense is stout 27-24. If things haven't improved I expect Miami to get their **** pushed in
