I'm still of the mindset that the absolute best case scenario is this season happening before essentially no fans (maybe they allow a very minimal amount family or students to sit scattered throughout the stadium).

I understand UM saying they'll roll with whatever the stadium owner deems appropriate but I'd also envision that being superceded by the ACC's opinion. I can't picture them allowing Clemson to have like 40k fans (because South Carolina), us to have 20k and then a handful of other schools having none.
