Well the school did put up $600 million in facilities upgrades so those numbers aren't surprising. Pretty sure we broke attendance records vs FAU last year.
 
They count people in the stadium not just in their seats so people on the club level and suites who are inside count as well. An there a lot of those.

Apparently they count everyone within a quarter mile of the stadium on gameday.

You have to understand that most of our fans don't get to the stadium before late in the 2Q. And most of them leave before halftime.

Golden is trying to pump the numbers up as competing schools are using the images that are above against us in recruiting. Al has the school by the balls so much that they are going with this lackluster attempt to try to convince recruits that we have 55,000 people at games with the pic above. The ultimate con artist
