UM S&C potential coach Kurt Hester

Is this the guy we fap to this afternoon? I lose track...yesterday AM it was Fedora, than I was told to be invigorated by someone called Seider, earlier today is was a mixed-bag over a Baker, someone in a thread asked if Urban Meyer should be contacted to be our OC but that didn't take, and Ed Reed and Shockey are still coming right? But now it is a Hester? Just tell me to submit, this is who should carry me into the evening hours before we move onto a punting coach from Holland?
Obviously haven’t seen this dudes resume

I'd rather we stop giving guys their big shot and hired guys who have done the job at this level. But whatever, no real complaint here.
At least we aren't hiring a moderately successful coach from Oklahoma State (irony button engaged)..

Yeah he’s my pick right now.

He has a degree in exercise physiology, so his logic in designing our team’s training program will be slightly more detailed than Swasey and Felder’s “uhh, lift heavy stuff?” plan.

Grab this dude.

You mean we don't need to have him outside hiding in the bushes looking into the weight room??

I don't know. I eff with this crazy inbred hick. In a way, he kinda does fit Miami's style. People got to understand, Miami football isn't about race, religion, or upbringing. It's a mindset, a way of life. Hard work and a willingness to hustle. That creates a champion.

Why do people keep calling him crazy? I’m 20 minutes into this podcast and he seems like a normal, well educated coach. Recommend listening to the interview. Enlightening insight from Hester

This guy DOES have a UM connection, of sorts.

He worked with Skippy Bertman at LSU. Skip is a UM guy and grew up on Miami Beach.

Should have been our Baseball coach after Ron Fraser.

. ..as always we found a way to *** that up too...

Honestly, I think fedoras workout regimen alone would be sufficient for our skill positions, this guy is just putting us over the top.

This dude is the BOMB , training establishes mindset as it builds the body to handle what the goal / winning and all that goes with it during a long hard fought physical game / season.

You raise what it takes to break you to such a high level all others you play against flop out beaten broken....

What he's saying is you beat your competition before you even know who it is , you train like no other so you can be like no other....

Cut the check to Kurt asap.

if we get him, fedora, and seider
ill have to go buy knee pads and start slurping Diaz
because I finally feel like I can believe
If you need an ashy black hog to practice on, PM me for specifics.
