I actually think it will be a good crowd. I already saw tickets trending very high yesterday on stubhub. Didn't see that for the GT game and that was a very good crowd. I expect over 50k

Actually , I’m not just a realist something isn’t right this team has questions still in it’s perseverance.
We still have issues in confidence that some dwell on to much during games on the field.

That play of TVD when ignored his progression at the 4th quarter when we needed TVD the most really got to me he wasn’t there.

I’m trying to diagnose it but we’re missing an ingredient.

Maybe Shockey said it best “ We just had that special sauce “ that when you have all ingredients measured perfectly from every single team member and mixed you DO get that special sauces of NAH YOU CAN’T BEAT US ATTITUDE.

Brother do you see the special sauce here mixed together?

We have tremendous players but an ingredient is missing it’s left out , what it is I’m trying to find .
If I was in that locker room no doubt I would see it.

We don’t have what it takes to go into a hostile stadium environment and lift our leg and pee all over the other teams .

Do you see what I mean , Is it TVD field presence and his progression in passing game locking in on one receiver maybe again it’s the mixer in the special sauce we are missing.

I’m sticking with a beat down at Clemson we will wither down under the pressure especially this week that stadium will be outrageously hostile way to much for us to quite down.

Penalties we kill us again!!

Sorry we just have to keep mixing the sauce till it’s oh so good snd vile for opponents.

Maybe TVD is questioning himself adding pressure as to afraid to check down in his progressions of reads .

Your thoughts on this .

Miami really needs their own stadium of 50k or so seats to maximize fan experience and build a true home field advantage

They are painfully unexplosive on offense, I expect the defense to play well and hold them down pretty well.

But the offensive line is going to have its hands full, and TVD is going to be under more pressure than he has been to date. I would hope we incorporate more quick game, screens (we had one set up for a huge gain that their best defensive player made a great play on last week), quick hitters.

I definitely do not see 41-31. Something in the neighborhood of 26-23.

It’s what Vegas thinks the bettors are thinking to get even action.
You already knew that.

When it seems we’re doing good things, I’ve notice the lines are inflated in our favor.
Those casual bettors are infatuated with us.

That’s a lot of field goals, and I agree.
We have to figure out a way to get the right side of our OL a little help.

AND…WE CAN NOT GIVE THEM THE SHORT FIELD.

Of their 10 TD drives, 3 were more than 61 yards.
Their average TD drive is 50 yards.

My issue is that there is no way tvd isn’t hurt.
The ball is slow and not accurate. So unless he’s going through a mental breakdown or doing it on purpose why is he playing?
So until they say he’s sitting, expect to lose a lot of our games. If we can’t put points on gt any team with decent athletes and a competent dc is gonna expose him and they already have.

Feel bad cause the same thing happened last year and he want to make it to the league.
But what’s the point of his draft stock is plummeting like Lehman Brothers in 2008.

If there is one thing that nfl teams and scouts are allergic to is interceptions.

Yeah, cream is starting to rise to the top on their defense. They gave up 199 rushing yards to Duke in the opener, but 98 of those were to Riley Leonard, and we know TVD isn't replicating that.

So basically 100 yards to their backs, other than that game nobody has even cracked 3 yards per carry on them the rest of the year. FSU and their vaunted running game had 20 carries for 22 yards. The last 2 games Syracuse and Wake (who are both awful, but still) ran into brick walls to the tune of 2.94 and 2.62 YPC.

I thought we gave up on the run game WAY too early last week, we need to push that a little harder this week and see if we can have some success. The backs had 21 carries for 103 yards. If we can have even close to that much success against Clemson, it'll bode well for our chances.

I see this as a low scoring game though, almost all of Clemson's games have been. Their 4 games against power 5 teams have combined for 35, 48 (in regulation), 45, and 29 points. I don't see either team getting 30 here. Go actually take care of the football and see what happens.
 
Nothning is going to change

Until I see different players being used that we all think give Miami a better chance to win and to have those playes gain experience it will be the same gameplan and same type of pereformance

Will Shipley will have his moments and Clemson's athletic will run for a few 1st downs on 3rd and longs

Miamis big plays on offence will also be non existent
