UM is “Swinging for the Fences” — M.R.

Not just Andy Slater. Feldman has said he believes if Miami went after Kiffin they would get him. He said that on Wednesday on Cowherd's show. He's said things similar in the last couple of weeks
Feldman is going to be soooo happy if Luigi actually materializes for us. Dude has been a proponent of Cristobal as a head coach for longer than even some of the Columbus guys.

Sure. I’m not all in on Mario or anybody for that matter. They all have warts and I don’t know enough to say who is going to be better. But youre taking a big step down from Belichick and Reid to Kelly and Riley
Agreed, but you can say (with a straight face) you hired the best available candidate.

Pursuing Mario (Plan A) doesn't equate to swinging for the fences.

Swinging for the fences = Saban, Dabo, Urban, Ryan Day, L. Riley, Sean Mcvay, Tomlin, Belicheck, Andy Reid, Bruce Arianas

Vague at! Lol.

I hate ppl trying to come up on our dime. I’ll trust our inside source from @Boarcane @DMoney or @Cribby

These other guys just feel like they want to build their brand/platform?
Relly - he's a Golden Cane. Has become more connected. Also, he is friend's with D$. Throughout the process, D$ has said Mike is right. Take it for what it's worth.

Quite the jump. I wonder how all these elite programs are winning without Tom Jurich since he’s the only acceptable AD
Well, they are elite programs and do not need to take Jurich risks.

What you fail to perceive is we are not an elite program or department (we’re mid-pack Coastal dwellers) and need a strong back and risk-taker to push us up a steep hill from our decline. Some have the stomach for it, others will inconceivably convince themselves we are elite, others will acquiesce to our position enhanced by a fresh coat of paint. I’m fine with whichever path you choose to take. Your path may not be the path I prefer.
