The run game coordinator deal isn't too far fetched. Tons of schools have a run or pass game coordinator. For anyone that doesn't know, all this means is he's more in charge with putting together the script for the proper run plays versus the defense that week. Realistically though, it's nothing more than a resume promotion. Why do you think the guy stayed here instead of taking the Florida gig which offered more money??? Chess, not checkers...
