First, little surprised King would create this drama which means he isn’t happy.
Two, it could be in his best interest to have the surgery so I get it as far as Manny and doctors decision to shut it down.
Three, what if though it’s Mannys easy way out of a bad season to survive by saying King was out?
Either way, just a bad look. If we lose Saturday the whole house coming down.

Those were Diaz’s words? Because I didn’t see where he said that. And it’s not fair to King to presume he’s taking a shot a Diaz.

I think King reads that and is insulted because one interpretation is that he’s choosing to get the surgery as opposed to needing the surgery. A warrior like King doesn’t like any narrative out there that makes him look soft or choosing to not compete with his team.

This could/should be made a much bigger deal and be used to expedite the termination process.
