It's one of the flagship programs of the SEC, so the NCAA just turns the other cheek. If all this was happening at Miami people would be calling for the death penalty.

I doubt it hurts it too much. It’s a misdemeanor and he was released on a $39 bond. He got drunk after G-Day, was blocking the sidewalk or street or whatever near the bars, wouldn’t move, and maybe mouthed off to a cop a little when they told him to move. This is my guess, by the way, because I haven’t seen the exact story, but I doubt it’s too interesting.

As long as he takes accountability with the teams, he should be okay. And for all we know, his attorney even gets it dismissed or reduced.
