UF's Athletic Deparment Making Miami Look Like A Joke

When the Golden and Muschamp hires happened I remember people posting prediction threads on who would last longer, have the better records, win a title first.

It's sad to say that Golden won only because our administration gave him an extension for nothing.

HURRICANES FOOTBALL IS DEAD. DEAD I SAYYYYYYY

There was a time when that very thing was being said. And there was this coach who not only brought us back, but assembled the GREATEST CFB TEAM OF ALL TIME. The Golden Girls don't want to hear it, but it's the truth. He'd come back in and do what he did before.

Not saying he's the only one, but he's been there before and righted the ship.

RIP Miami Football
1983-2003

And I'm people will think that is exaggerative but it's really not for all of the reasons WTH eloquently stated.

So what team are you a fan of now given that your last team died? Or are you one of those burnt-out widowed curmudgeons that refuses to get back into the dating scene?

Why don't you address the actual point made?

Probably because after last night's abortion, you can't make a valid one.

There is no point to your post. My question to you is... if the program that you loved died 11 years ago, then why the incessant *****ing and moaning??? Makes no sense. No amount of *****ing and moaning is going to revive the deceased. Move on to a different team man. You're taking years off your life with this nonsense.

Muschamp is a defensive coordinator. he is great at developing defensive players. he is not a head coach. also a grade A piece of s$%t
No he isnt. I wanted him fired, awful HC, but he is not a piece of ****. He is actually a really good guy. Meyer is a piece of ****, muschamp is definitely not.

**** even spurrier when interviewed on the field immediately after the game said he feels bad for muschamp. Have you ever heard a winning coach say they felt bad for the other coach? Ever? Steve knew what was about to happen and steve, like a lot of coaches around college football, like and respect muschamp. Well maybe most except golden..but perhaps because golden is a used car salesman and doesn't understand stand-up people like muschamp.

And today after it was announced that he was fired he didn't blame other people, he didn't hide and not say anything at all..instead he took complete ownership for the failure at uf.

But hey I'm sure you know about him being a piece of **** because you read stuff on the internet.

Muschamp and Golden pretty much have identical records in their last 4 seasons. Al Golden has only ONE more win than him. (They'd have the same record if UF's opener vs Idaho wasn't cancelled) This is with Muschamp going up against a much harder schedule over their 4 year careers.

That's not good enough for UF. Fired.

But at Miami? We love it.

We embrace trying hard and almost winning. We love almost beating our rivals. Almost winning the Coastal.

Miami is a joke in college football right now. We are a once great heavy weight champ stumbling around dim boxing gyms, taking lumps in front of 12 people. Being wheeled around from fight to fight, as people beg us to stop. Shaking violently, and ****ing ourselves as we tell ancient stories of our greatness for the 150th time. We are a washed up version of ourselves. Crumbling pillars of a once great dynasty.

The worst part is the school loves that. They're just happy to play on Saturdays. Give us our cut of the ACC money, don't get arrested, and most of all, have fun.

Until further notice, Miami is dead. UF is just highlighting the current indifferent attitude toward winning that is infecting Miami's athletic department.

Moral victories-- it's a canes thing, you wouldn't understand.

OMG. That cut through me like a Hatori Hanzo. SMDH.

Golden did change the culture though. Go take a look at that thread where some clown comes up with 47 "everybody" excuses in a row. 25 likes, lmao. Bunch of Temple fans around here ffs. Fly the banner, "0-4 vs. FSU, GTFO Slurpers."

The big difference is Muschamp took over from a coach that had wonderful recruiting classes and won 2 NCs, Golden took over a team that had almost 8 years of bad coaching and recruiting and was on the verge of major NCAA sanctions.

Our roster was a disaster when muschamp took over...especially on offense ( he had some studs on defense)...muschamp is leaving the team almost exactly as he got it...a disaster on offense and some studs on defense

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TOKEN?! That doesn't fit the narrative that Golden had a steeper climb to mediocrity than Muschamp did. Clearly Golden is exceptional at building a program to be exceptionally average.

Oh **** my bad...ya our rooster was loaded and we werent on what amounted to self inflicted probation with 74 scholarship players when muschamp was hired...Meyer was actually sick and not running because he realized he ****ed up the roster and his wife was ******* a highschool volleyball coach

I didn't realize that was a point of contention.

Is reading a difficult task for you, serious question.

Muschamp and driskel. Driskel might be a key component as well.

He did have arguably his best game as a qb against Goldens defense...yards wise...but he is also jeff driskel so no game is complete without 2 to 4 turnovers

#UF AD Jeremy Foley on Will Muschamp news: "Upon evaluation of our football program we are not where the program needs to be and should be."
Hey blake james, take a few cues from the ******s up north.

Lmfao. Apples and Oranges. Foley is a true f-n politician. While running away scared from Miami his entire tenure, he has at least learned how to schedule soft, rake in the Benjis and pull the trigger when needed. He f-d up on a hot commodity (at the time) in Pusscramp, now he is cutting his losses and getting somebody big in before recruiting is done.

Dip****? Absolutely. Dumbass? Nope.
