Muschamp and Golden pretty much have identical records in their last 4 seasons. Al Golden has only ONE more win than him. (They'd have the same record if UF's opener vs Idaho wasn't cancelled) This is with Muschamp going up against a much harder schedule over their 4 year careers.

That's not good enough for UF. Fired.

But at Miami? We love it.

We embrace trying hard and almost winning. We love almost beating our rivals. Almost winning the Coastal.

Miami is a joke in college football right now. We are a once great heavy weight champ stumbling around dimly light boxing gyms, taking lumps in front of 12 people. Being wheeled around from fight to fight, as people beg us to stop. Shaking violently, and ****ing ourselves as we tell ancient stories of our greatness for the 150th time. We are a washed up version of ourselves. Crumbling pillars of a once great dynasty.

The worst part is the school loves that. They're just happy to play on Saturdays. Give us our cut of the ACC money, don't get arrested, and most of all, have fun.

Until further notice, Miami is dead. UF is just highlighting the current indifferent attitude towards winning that is infecting Miami's athletic department.

Moral victories-- it's a canes thing, you wouldn't understand.

Yeah, a school that has a desire to win quickly fires their mistake of a hire. You really showed them.

Can't wait for the Blake James statement that says we are making progress

I'm no Golden fan, but he has the 'cloud' excuse that can buy him some more time
Meh. Playing in the SEC kind of balances all of that out. You think Golden would have won as many games as Muschamp if we played in the SEC? Muschamp is garbage but Golden is worse.

#UF AD Jeremy Foley on Will Muschamp news: "Upon evaluation of our football program we are not where the program needs to be and should be."

We need more banners. And they need to attack Blake James! Time to turn up the heat. Fans need to be proactive because administration clearly isnt

At the end of the day, the sad reality is there we're stuck with the current situation until Shalala is gone. She isn't going to fire Folden and burden a new President with the task of immediately hiring a new football coach.

We're stuck with this fat piece of **** into next year. We need the new President to acknowledge the benefits of a winning football program and commit to creating one.

RIP Miami Football
1983-2003

And I'm people will think that is exaggerative but it's really not for all of the reasons WTH eloquently stated.

So what team are you a fan of now given that your last team died? Or are you one of those burnt-out widowed curmudgeons that refuses to get back into the dating scene?

Why don't you address the actual point made?

Probably because after last night's abortion, you can't make a valid one.
