UF gonna fire Mullen before we

The grass is always greener on the other side, unless you are on the other side. I attended a pregame party with a bunch of Bull Gators when Urban Meyer was their coach. I was not surprised when he left, the criticisms of him were ludicrous yet painful. Even winning they hated his play calls, his defense, his special teams, his choices of starters...sound familiar. Nothing really changes with a different coach in regards to fan critiques. We'd take Mullen or Dabo in a heartbeat yet they would face the same scrutiny. Our fans flew banners to fire Butch yet most wish he had never left. Its getting old yet humorous to read these threads from so many experts who probably were backups on a little league team and couldn't make their high school squad. If read with that in mind you will see the humor. Also, imagine if your job faced the scrutiny these coaches face daily. I am surprised many don't just quit like Urban did from the gators.

Samford was the needle , they wasn’t firing him before that. Missouri just finished the deal. This was an epic collapse from a few weeks ago lol. Big boosters said he was safe even after Uga, but they assumed he’d win out. I wanted him here forever

No. Just no. The move should be to allow the AD to run the program. If the new AD wants to run the show, let them run the show. Fire this guy, hire that guy.


With that said, Manny will be gone at some point in the near future if we bring in competent AD with passion and autonomy.

The new AD will make that decision. Not Frenk, not an Asst. AD, and not the fans. Odds are a termination comes right after the Duke game and a search is already under way, very discreetly. UM has most likely had these discussions with AD candidates after they signed the NDA.
