Fair enough. But the reason Bear stated for FSU to win doesn't make sense. None of his reasons had to do with this year state of both teams. He only chose history to be the only determining factor. Totally illogical for someone making a living of predicting games outcomes. History is one of the factors, but if you use it as the only factor ignoring the state of affairs NOW, then you're biased.

If I don't know anything about two teams playing a game, I would chose the winner based on the history of their performance against each other. The easiest and most unscientific parameter. Which Mr. Bear did today.

Herbie , is using reverse psychology on the canes.. last week he picked duke and canes roll.. he’s trying to stick with what worked. He’s rooting for canes!!
 
Nothing in my post says I'm bent out of shape. Was merely stating what Herbie said as to why he made the pick. Personally I don't care who any of them pick. GO CANES!

Bear doesn’t “ make his living” picking games.Hes one of the producers for the show I believe.He only started this bear board last year I think.

He has constantly been pro Miami but he’s just telling the truth when he says we haven’t won a significant game in MANY years and until we do it’s hard to side with us.The thing we need to do is go whack the Noles today and then no one will have that little caveat to throw out there when talking about us.
 
I’ve never understood why people get bent out of shape on a pick.

It has zero impact on game outcome, and only reflects on the one who made the pick if he’s right or wrong.

At the end of the day, it’s just a fūcking guess. Who cares.

Why do you care who Herbstreit or anyone else go against us in their picks. Another demonstration of an immature poster that is angry because someone thinks we will lose. It is up to our players and coaches to win game and show anti-Canes that they are wrong. Get a clue and grow up.

I am so confident today. DBC didn't even guarantee victory today. I just wish Holtz were picking games still, so he could say Noles. I am sure Corso (Picked Huskers in '01 Ship) will say Noles. Guys. We are good. We may blow them out.

We got some sensitive girls on here. He went with FSU due to Bear and **** we have been beat 7 **** times so you can't bash someone for picking FSU. I think we win by 2 TD but it isn't wild to think they could win . Kirk still is one of the best CFB guys. I like Dez ,Palmer and Pollock as well. Corso needs to hang it up with Mark May.
