Citing meetings with unnamed "American officials," Maguire suggests Defence Research and Development Canada "is in possession of recovered UAP material."

"As Minister of National Defence, you may not be aware [DRDC] has participated in efforts to analyze UAP," reads a portion of the letter.

"It is incumbent your department inform you what collaborative efforts have occurred with our allies and the details of existing agreements and memorandum of understanding that govern the program and may have been co-ordinated through Global Affairs."

The letter refers to a "Five Eyes Foreign Material Program" Maguire says exists between Canada, the U.S., U.K., Australia and New Zealand that has been sponsored by Canadian Forces Intelligence Command Canada.

To boil it down, what do we know about UAPs? They give off some EMF, no evidence of combustion, no air resistance is evident. Acceleration is in line with no noticeable inertia issues from any sort of comparable mass. Eye witnesses coincide with seemingly metallic reflective exteriors.

That sound accurate?

They are also seen all over the world and seem interested in our military activities and nuclear installations. Another characteristic is that they are trans-medium can fly in and out of our atmosphere and into oceans with no discernible friction.

Right. There really is no friction to air/water or anything “fluid” as gas is also a fluid. They are not limited to military areas, it seems, but certainly have heavy activity near them.

At night they appear to be circular lights when observed.

Another interesting facet is that they seem to interact with the observer as if it (they) are aware of you observing them.

Reading the article there is a bit of info that sometimes gets overlooked. These “intelligences” can act malevolently.

There was an article about a senator on the intelligence committee privy to info in the hearings referred in another post that said these beings could turn us into charcoal brisket if they wanted, implying, IMO, they ultimately have peaceful intent.

Superior intelligence and technological advancement does not necessarily entail ethical behavior. In fact it can turn one possessing such traits to be more diabolical and conniving to achieve a desired end (whatever that end is). There is more intellectual and sordid satisfaction getting one to do themselves in by manipulation than just “doing them in”.

It gets hard to determine what is real and what could be psy-ops through media manipulation.

I think there are powerful people in the shadows unaccountable to government oversight that controls the narrative.
