The new name plates look great. I get that the old plates were intended to look like the originals, but technology has changed, and that look isn't acceptable anymore.

I couldn't care less about the U on the collar, because it's an insignificant detail. You have the logo on the helmet, on all gloves, wristbands, etc. There isn't a shortage of identifiable branding when it comes to this program.

They listened to me ONLY! About time the only socks that need to be worn with green are the black socks and black shoes combo. I prefer the green on white or white on green though as well.

The rest are perfect.

It does seem like every time there is a neutral site Labor Day weekend game at Jerry World the teams wear some sort of ugly alternate uniforms.
Hope ours are not too hideous if that trend continues.

Agreed. I should get more info soon but i think it’s a recycling campaign from Adidas. I believe Adidas is a sponsor for this game. Supposedly, It’s a “home” uniform which will have Orange and Green on the uniforms similar to the Nike ones where we looked like FAMU with the Green Helmets. Don’t hold me to that. There will be a Black or Grey jersey for later.
