Here is an interesting right up of Wieger which shows he will need a red-shirt year plus another year before he is ready to compete for a starting job, which would an ideal parring as a potential developmental QB back-up with UM needing to add depth 3 years down the road.

Here is a 1game highlight from his 2013 season, he throws the short to intermediate routes pretty well.

Not for nothing, but that write up wasnt exactly high calibur. How the **** can they make such broad assumptions about wether or not he can read defenses and go through his progressions? Very few HS QBs go through many progressions. I do agree on the critique of his shorter passes though.
Seems like he would be a great 2nd QB to bring in assuming you got the #1 target on board. Red SHirt him, and let him develop. His lack of running ability though, doesnt really seem like Coley's type of QB. So I dont think we should get too deep into obsessing and overanalyzing this kid. Im still thinking this is a plan B option.
Does anyone even know if this kid even has the slighest interest in us?
