Curious to hear what some of our knowledgeable OL folks (courcy, gogeta, etc.) think about this guy.

I like him. From what I can see, he's explosive off the snap, plays with good pad level and finishes like crazy. Interior guy all the way, but someone who can develop into a core player.

Kid is a mauler! Perfect Guard. His pass technique needs work but he comes off the ball hard and fast. He looks very strong too. Its a great pick up IMO after seeing his highlights. He looks like a lineman that would go to Wisconsin as a 3 star and just dominate.He is a little slow when he pulls but that's the only thing I see he can improve on besides pass technique.

INTERIOR PROSPECT ALL THE WAY.

Falls in line with what theyve been doing at guard lately, his film looks similar to Gall's and other interior prospect we've landed.

His feet is a bit slow at times, but kid seems to be very strong. He finishes off blocks even on smaller guys which is good to see, as a lot of times guys who are that overiszed usually pattycake or not go as hard on smaller guys, he kills them.

Pluses-

*Finishes off blocks
*Mean streak i see
*Showed some mobility to get to second level

Minus
* Looks to be a guard or bust, i dont see him being kicked outside.
*Feet work isnt all that good

All in all i actually think he is a take for what they do, he seems to be a kehoe type at guard. Kid will be inrotation before long.

I didnt think Lil Linder would log time till after a redshirt and his soph year...and he killed at guard this year. This kid seems to be a notch below Linder's talent but looks to be Gall level who has been a solid take for us as well.
