It’s probably not popular but Nuss was hurt all year trying to play through multiple injuries, and dealt a horrible OL/weapons were always hurt. But I would not fight back on anyone that still preferred Simpson over Nuss.

Chambliss is assuredly a better pro prospect than Simpson, especially with the new wave of mobile QBs (Dart, Shough, even Ward, and now Mendoza, Moore, etc) coming. NFL GMs are looking for it.

Desperation is going to make him a first round pick. He’s limited on experience but is already 23 years old. I understand it, but I sure as **** hope he isn’t on the Dolphins draft board.

Would love to see him in a New York Jets jersey though.

Totally different situation. Ward draft grade wasn’t that high. Simpson could go 1st round

As it stands, Simpson probably (although certainly not 100%) played himself out of a top 3 QB pick.

All ahead of him (in no particular order imo)

But…Chambliss and/or Moore might come back. Little different than Ward situation imo. Probably still goes no worse than 2nd round.

He’ll need a big bag to be convinced to return. This QB class stinks.

Nuss is at best a day 2 pick at this point and I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a similar fall to Quinn Ewers.

Chambliss has a lot of hype in the college football world right now (rightfully so), but not nearly as much at the pro level in terms of draft status.

He actually has a good projection unlike the last two. But he hasn’t played much football which should scare gm’s. I agree with Parcells on wanting qb’s that’s played a lot of snaps in college.

Weak qb class and the raiders, jets, dolphins, Steelers all need QBs. If moore stays he could be the 2nd qb taken
