So you didn't know the difference. Not surprising.
There is no bigger public square then on social media. More voices can be heard there then anywhere.

Free speech is is more necessary there then anywhere else i can think of. All voices should be heard. Sorry that bothers you.

Lol youre arguing for censorship. Thats the definition of a snowflake.

And im the dumb one.... lmao.

How is wanting everyone to have the ability to voice their opinions being a snowflake? Youre gonna have to dig deep on this one.

How is allowing all thought being a snowflake? Thinking everything other than your beliefs are disinformation would be snowflake like. It is a cesspool either way only because of the people, not the site.

I'm pretty confident while the Greek philosophers tackled the pertinent questions about life, meaning of, purpose for, they called each other cucks, scum, morons.

He gets banned for saying someone is dumb but those guys sling much more daily
No, he got a warning. It takes more than one to get banned. On top of that, just one comment usually gets deleted, when it goes on is when there's a problem. I've said many times you've got to work hard to get points.

Oh okay thanks!!

For anyone that needs clarity on the current state of our program what you are seeing going in at Twitter HQ is exactly what is going on in the Miami Hurricanes Locker Room. Times are changing and you either get on board with the changes or you get out. For those struggling with the concept of us being 5-5 and a 19 point dog this weekend this is why. A positive with the recession Tech companies are currently experiencing is allowing them to restructure their model to be more efficient. The culture among many Tech companies is high pay for less work. Elon will pay well but require you to work hard for it Twitter had a bunch of smart, entitled employees who worked at their own pace and a very laz a faire approach. The outrage from them is simply having that cushy work culture being taken away from them and are now to do the opposite which is actually come into the office and work.

Our frustration comes from our 13th ranked blue chip culture while looking as putrid as we do. The word "smart" above was used to mirror what we view as blue chips. Any Hurricane that Mario played with will tell you the practices were harder than the games. Mario is taking it back there but the reality is we currently have players walking out of practice and their parents tweeting at coaches who a year ago were coaching in the College Football Playoff. You have examples of Leonard Taylor and Kam Kichens discussing how much extra film they watch with this new staff and you see their progress. Then you have example of Thad Franklin who were likely promised the world by Manny Diaz, told how great he is and learned they could do the bare minimum and still play now hit actual leadership of trying to teach him how to work hard, get hard coaching and earn every snap. Culture is everything and the resistance Elon is facing is exactly what Mario is dealing with. Give Elon time and he will have Twitter more profitable than ever and Mario will have us where we all want to be.
If you think what Elon has done at Twitter is good management then I am very glad I don’t work for you.

It was an incredibly dumb way to handle the staff. Even if you want to be a hardass on work effort, there are better ways to get there. You raise the temperature and see how people react on an individual level. Then reward the performers and push out the slackers.

Doing it en masse does nothing but **** off a lot of people that are actually worth keeping. And he completely loses control of the end result. When he makes that kind of edict, he has no idea whether he will have too many leave, too few leave, entire departments, crucial positions, etc.

It might be the worst management style I have ever seen.
