But TVD will be learning a new offense of Gattis is let go. Should Gattis stay?
Mullen had Emory and failed. Emory is a horrible passer but he’s miles ahead of Jacurri.Under Mullen he is. Clearly
Any indication that this is giving us an idea of what our offense looks like in 2023?This is surprising.
I thought he’d leave thru the Portal. He’s not a big fan of the scheme or concepts. I would’ve put a lot of $ on him going to an offense that was similar to the one Lashlee ran.
I guess this means Gattis is returning

He can work hard all he wants. He‘ll never be accurate enough to be able to start at QB.Jacurri’s intelligence and work ethic says he can be developed

He’s literally too long.
in a game where he ran the ball and threw 3 yard passes.Yea we have to agree to disagree. He already started a game and won as a true freshman
hope so, with out a change in scheme why would he come back Gattis or Gattis clonemaybe he knows something we dont
Why can’t Matocha get an 8th year?Only 3 qbs on the roster for 2023....assuming Garcia leaves. One more has to get picked up.
Van Dyke, Brown redshirts, Williams redshirts
I don't agree with him but I actually understand the thought process--TVD is staying because he doesn't want to learn a new system. The problem with that logic is that he would have to have battered wife syndrome to not recognize that his NFL career is in jeopardy if he stays here for another year in this system. So for now I'm rolling with TVD knows Gattis is gone and that factored in to the decision. You seriously cannot be that "genius" to think that, huh?
(my apologies to the founder and creator of that word Genius, this post was the complete and exact opposite)
Because I said soWhy can’t Matocha get an 8th year?
I think Gattis and his scheme , killed his confidence always looking over his shoulder.... right system he camn be effectiveI don’t want Garcia to leave and he got a rough go at it
But he also didn’t WIN the job and he could have had he played significantly better. Scheme aside, decision making, pocket awareness, read recognition, and touch on the ball all looked far below what we expected of a a top 50 prospect coming in and his 2nd year on the squad
Gattis being gone and hopefully CMC figuring out pound & ground does not workI don't agree with him but I actually understand the thought process--TVD is staying because he doesn't want to learn a new system. It wasn’t impressive and showed how limited he was. How could you watch that GT game and be convinced he’s the future? Seriously.
correct UT & TCU both have limited amount of plays but man can they execute those playsThere are plenty of OCs out there who run systems that you can learn quickly. That’s what lashlee had. Some of these OCs don’t even have playbooks
What physical talent? Because he could run? He couldn’t hit water if he was on a boat.Because he is a true freshman with immense physical talent and i am 45 years old. Wtf does that have to do with it? It means i have seen raw players in various sports that when given time to develop, become very good players. Also, this is college football. There have been some very inaccurate quarterbacks that are still successful
