Turmoil in the Locker Room

It appears that some of the players are feeling like the fans with Rosier and his inability to play QB for a top program in Division 1 football. BrookylnDee has stated that the reason that Richards was benched (not injured) was because he went off on Rosier and his lackluster (to say the least) play during the first half. If you watched the game I saw multiple times that receivers were throwing their hands up wondering what kind of pass was just thrown when they were wide open.

Put Perry or Williams in and let them learn on the run, I don't see how it can get any worse. Have Jon Richt earn some of his paycheck at least and make him personally make sure that Perry is in class everyday. This is unacceptable and truly unbelievable.
Should have had a players only meeting lmao

**** little league coaches can shutdown Richt's game plan. The play calling is so bad that IDK if any QB will be successful in his system. He calls the same predictable stuff every game. The WRs rout trees are pedestrian to say the least. It's ego when a man can fire himself and hire better personal. i.e. a OC that can move the ball down the field.

If Richards is upset it's because his position and draft stock is predicated on good QB play and there's no way he will get into the 1st round of the draft with Rosier throwing the ball. Not going to happen. Kayaa love him or hate him had Richards looking like the star he is.

Richards will probably tell his bro to go elsewhere and who can blame him. Richt play the **** youth already. Us as fans will forgive for throwing pick 6s for the hope they'll get better but for a 5th year senior to do so is unforgivable.

Out of everything that happened tonight, this infuriates me the most. Richt is gonna lost the lockeroom. You can’t tell veteran players to shut up when they get on their friend for sucking ****. Richards wants to win. Stop punishing him for that. Start Perry or Weldon next week.
Different type of meeting went down. Seems like this program is a dumpster fire....LOL
Any program that has players who have heart and want to win badly can change the trajectory. You may not believe it, but we were not as bad as how we played tonight. We have some terrible weaknesses, but the score line was proliferated thanks to literally everything possible going wrong.

Brooklyndee's comments just further accentuate how big of a piece of overrated garbage Richt is.

It's his third full season here and the fact we're still starting someone like Malik Rosier is a DIRECT reflection of Richt's recruiting, personnel evaluation, and roster construction FAILURES.

Stop pointing the finger at Rosier and start pointing them at the ******* who thought it was ok to roll into season 3 with him at QB. No attempt was even made to go after a grad transfer or any transfer for that matter.

Sorry...but the problem here is Richt.
No one is saying that Richt shouldn’t get a fair share of the blame, what we’re saying is that it’s Richt job to handle personnel/off the field progressions. However it’s Rosier’s job to handle everything on the field, which he clearly isn’t doing. Say what you want about Richt but he isn’t out here overthrowing these receivers or making one read throws, now if you’re speaking in terms of recruiting woes or seeking a grad transfer that’s an entirely different subject revolving around Richt jr

The revolt should be directed at Richt. It's not Rosier's fault he sucks. It's Richt's fault that in 3 full years here he hasn't established a better QB depth chart.
Y’all using Richt as an easy cop out, at the end of the day it’s both Richt and Rosiers fault

There's truth in what he is saying, even the most blind *** fans could have told you that, but don't take the bait too much in his nitty-gritty details, he's full of ****.
I don’t have any beef with Brooklyndee at all but I cannot bring myself to believe that Richards was benched for confronting Rosier. I have to believe that he did it and we should all commend him for it, but his hamstring had to have flared up for him to not return to the game. Both things happened, but he didn’t get benched for going at Rosier.

Sure, against the worst pass defenses in D-1 ball, let's not act like they were torching the Bamas & Clemsons of the world.

Richards got no separation tonight, par for the course for Him anytime He plays against a defensive backfield with a pulse.

Seen this last season ThatMF sees Richard as a decoy and has never been on the same page
But Richard is not without blame
He should've been attached to ThatMf hip this summer
Qb has to throw guys open.....kayaa always threw good passes at least even to richards its why he had yac. Malik doesnt give guys room to do anything

No separation **** as predictable as our offense is it's easy for a DB to know that you're probably going to run a go rout. No creativity... none!

No you're right, Richt isn't out there overthrowing the receivers. The guilty of that is unfortunately the BEST QB HE COULD MUSTER AFTER THREE YEARS OF EVALUATING, RECRUITING, AND DEVELOPING.

The fact the answer to that question, after three years, ended up being Rosier is an indictment on all of the duties that come along with being CEO of a big time program.

Sorry brother...this is ALL on Richt. The fact he had no one better to start for game but Rosier is all Richt's doing, or lack thereof.

Easy cop out? Are you on drugs or have you been overseas the last 3 years?

This is HIS roster, These are HIS players. Probation is in the rear view mirror and he had an ENTIRE OFFSEASON to prepare for this opening game.

Enough with the excuses. The sample size is big enough to conclude that Richt is very much to blame for what happened tonight.

Richt needs to go.

Orgeron makes about $1.5 million less per year than Mark Richt. LSU instead invested the money in an elite DC. If Al Golden had hired an elite DC at 2 million per year, he might have been able to beat Ed Orgeron today.
