Yeah - Baker decided to stay as LSU DC.
I would also expect Dawson, if hired, to stay on through the playoffs.
Signing day is over and it’s not like he would have to worry about transfers in the same mold as P4 teams although he would have to worry about losing talent to bigger schools.

I'm sure this news was intentionally kept quiet until after the CFP seeding, and I don't believe Dawson would do anything to jeopardize Miami's chances moving forward.

Dawson might be their guy. Hopefully Mario is seeing how fun it is to score and win big and replaces Dawson with another guy who can put up points. It’s a positive when your coordinators get head coach jobs. It means you are getting the right guys and makes the entire easier. Talent wants to come to Miami now.
