The thing about the Portal is last year because it was the first year it was implemented they basically let everyone get their waiver, but this year & moving foward the NCAA will be way more stringent with granting waivers.

So unless you're a Grad Transfer, your chances will be super slim to get immediate eligibility if you're transferring.
