The word "process" has become just as synonymous with the school as the "The U" with the fan base.
Remember when the "process" selected Shannon over Leach. Words like "tradition" and "continuity", and "community ties".
Remember when Leach was ignored again for for Golden. Remember when Coker started the new U trend of horrid inconsistency in game to game performance. We were told to trust the process. It was just "transition". The he fired key members from his staff, and we needed to trust the process again.
Then Shannon continued the inconsistent performance on the field trend. Trust the process. Fired key staff a couple times, change would come. Trust the process. Now its Golden's turn to have us trust the process. After we win 7 or 8 games in 2014, he will likely be forced to trust the process, and fire key members of his staff. This will buy him a few more years because we need to adjust to the new systems from the coordinators, and new methodology of position coaches. Again, for the third time in a decade, we will be asked to trust the process.
