I believe Cedric Wright and Jeff James played last night. Personally I wanted Jeff James to red-shirt, but it's understandable to why he played given lack of depth in the secondary. Also, Bruce red-shirting is likely not going to happen. And besides, with a talent like him, you really think he's going to be staying in school as a red-shirt senior?

They will find an injury then, all coaches do this.

I am not sure how hard this is for people to realize.

They let the kids play in first 2-4 games, and then they have a real good idea if they can play or need a redshirt.

Then kid gets and ankle, knee, wrist, etc.. and you don't see him the rest of the season.

He will only play again if there is an injury or two at his position, and he is forced to play.
