I see reference to him being at STA, Chaminade and CC. I assume CC is his latest team?

Recruiting is about to kick into high gear with a flurry of spring visits on deck. Here is the latest:

- There are three names to monitor at quarterback: Will Mencl (Chandler, AZ), Davin Davidson (Sarasota, FL) and Israel Abrams (Chicago, IL). Davidson has been on campus and Mencl and Abrams have visits on deck. It's still too early to call this one, as the visits are key and the QB position is always subject to dominoes falling at other schools. But these are the names in play right now.

- RB Myson Johnson-Cook (East St. Louis, IL) remains a monster priority and...

Ya I've said for a while they need to see a Sr. year from this kid ^^^

I think the emergence of Dawson definitely solidified Finley to plan B category.

Current Edge Board IMO (not including Dawson, and assuming Evans to Auburn who we liked but were kinda on fence on imo, and Vaughn to somewhere other than UM),

I assume 3 spots but I think we'd make room for right 4, absolutely have to have a strong 2 (with Dawson being 1). I also count Zion as a DT, but maybe they see him as a swing guy? And I'm assuming Ghiotto doesn't re-classify

Takes imo unless you clearly land big fish above

Yeah like @skeeter said; seems like this commitment reinforces that Dawson is going to have his hand in the ground more oftentimes than not.
