  • Says WE need 1 more DT
  • Says the DEs are set with AQM and Chad Thomas, he is on the inside and there's 1 spot left
  • Says he is recruiting Anthony Moten and Adam Torres
  • Says he's gunning for them and told them to look at the 2001 team
  • Says if they want that style and leadership, they need to play with him
  • Says WE can become the team that everybody hates again
  • Says some people hate him because he grinds to be the best
  • Says he'll be at the Florida game and that Miami is going to beat Florida

Don't wanna say crown the kid just yet, but he sure is saying the right things. Can't wait for Sept mother****ing 7th
 
TV is the most important recruit for 2014. He is a beast at the position we most need a beast. Love the attitude. Him and Chad are going to make something we have not seen in a long time except on old game films. They both have the ability to collapse offensive lines. St. Valentine's day massacre baby.
 
As Lu has pointed out in the past, its a great sign when you see a commit recruiting other high caliber kids at their own position.



If Travonte Valentine can sway Anthony Moten to come here, I will create a shtick account on the WEZ in his honor. :)
 
I love this class so far. Best attitude among the key verbals that I can remember. What a difference from last year's circus.

Interesting that he says UM is looking for just 1 more DT, an it sounds like its Moten / Torres or bust at this point unless someone flips.

Also I think he may have somethings mixed up; AQM is not in his class, but chad Thomas is in the 2014 class. I love his taking a leadership role it shows he will probably stick with UM even if he possibly has to go the prep route in the future.

What are you gonna do with all your free time once the DT slot is filled and there is no motivation to scour the earth for under-the-radar DTs?

Yup especially when playing time seems like a big sell for us. If a kid was coming here because of the depth chart he wouldn't be talking about bringing in more guys. Sounds like he is ready to compete rather than being a big fish/small pond type. Not that he ever was, just saying.

He says we need 1 more, not the staff. I also think he realizes that AQM is not in his class, he is talking about the DL for the future.
