Its basically a third signing day, first if you consider chronological order. Which brings me to another point/theory, this is all about expanding the market. The CFB off season/recruiting has turned into its own monster. It all started out with lowly Max Prepp Magazines, and look at it now with NIL and the Portal.

For those older, Started with the Christmas Tom Mcewen recruiting articles and the Jeff Whitaker deep south mags.

I believe it's the case of having multiple good dline players due to the pandemic... OSU is very old with 5th and 6th year guys across the dline....he was passed up in the rotation by 2 very good sophs....could have been due to injury...OSU fans think he's a solid player at DE and DT...
