C'mon OP Tracy never played at an all conference level last year. He was solid and looked to be developing as a future lock down corner but he never was that good. The thing with Tracy is that one he was overrated and two just isn't being used right. He lacks the top end speed to be left on an island. He needs safety help. He wasn't a five star talent but he isn't a bum either.
