The only coach who’s substantially improved their program is DeBoer.

Everyone else has maintained or regained the programs previous performance.

I’m not saying Cristobal is lighting the world on fire, but the PROGRAM is only moderately improved (+2 games).

Fisch has program light years ahead. You could argue Lanning improved Oregon. Elko and Lashlee have been doing better than prior coaches. Saying "everyone else has maintained or regained the program's previous performance" is not true
