It was not a helmet to helmet hit. The side view was clear. It was a vicious chest to shoulder hit. Even the announcers said that it didn’t look like a dirty hit.

The one angle from up the field showed exactly how violent that hit was. Holy train wreck, Bat Man. That was one of the hardest hits I've seen all year. The goal line camera doesn't do it justice.

I was in the end zone … the thump was so loud you could feel the impact.. Absolutely incredible.

But most of the game the refs were solid I thought

I think the officials knew they got that call wrong on Blount and the late hit (Reed clearly did a great acting job and fooled them) and gave us the “makeup call” on Toure and the “targeting” because it was wild that they didn’t even review it. Lol! It definitely wasn’t targeting and I’m glad they didn’t waste time by reviewing it. All in all..great officiating crew. They knew what they were doing with that no call and kudos to them for letting the game be decided on the field and not by them.

I’m definitely looking forward to that matchup…our secondary vs. Jeremiah, Tate, etc…going to be fun that’s for sure. If you’re a DB you dream of these kinds of matchups. At the end of the day, while talented, Sayin is young and inexperienced and I think that will cost them eventually.
