This is the new style of D. Look at what teams now do to KC in the NFL. We gotta get a little better at dealing with 2 high. FSU plays a similar style of D.

I made the same comment to my buddy last night that it felt like i was watching Michigan....offensively, it was a TOUGH watch. Marty Brown was fun though. That kid played hard....best offensive player on the field last night.

The D though? Outside of 1 series, it was incredibly fun to watch. I was having my Krein/Patrick/Medearis flashbacks watching Bain and Mesidor.....but even more than that, it was how physical the team played on D and how they swarmed. I was shocked they didn't get flagged for BS targeting/unnecessary roughness calls for some of those hits. Wes and Toure were laying lumber. Poyser with a big hit. Bain chasing down a checkdown throw after rushing the passer. It was awesome!

I told my Uncle who’s a UGA fan and others who focused on the 2024 Beck, I don’t need him to be Cam Ward. Just help us win games. It wasn’t pretty, but he helped when it counted. Just win.
