TOS report on RJ and Kendrick

Hopefully the both get drafted at decent spots.

It'll help them and it'll definitely help more with our DL recruiting efforts.

**** I guess there more worried about themselves then the team. I can understand if they were a lock to go in the 1st and 2nd round but there not there protected 3rd day picks. They could have improved there draft stock alot and probably made twice the amount of money they will now. Good luck to them in there future.

I think Mcintosh will definitely rise up on the board. Norton will go round 3 or 4
We will see last time I checked Macintosh was a projected 3-5th and Norton was worse then that.

Man the people on this board are ridiculous. Would be nice to have them back, but we will be ok. They have to make difficult decisions that none of us could possible dream of. They had great years and put on for our team. Good luck to them and good luck to us moving forward. Lets get out there recruit some ballers and coach them up.

I hope they become successful. It’s helps the brand. If they don’t, it will end up as just another poor decision in the long list of
Miami players to leave early.

Well, hardly surprising. Despite what NFL Draft Committee told them, despite RJ's dad's preference that they stay their senior season (if the interview was accurate), despite some of their teammates saying if they said Miami can be special in 2018, they still decide to leave anyway.

Puts Miami in a real bind. But if they were not all in, then you run into a Jadeveon Clowney scenario were they play half *** part of the time worried about getting hurt.

Best of luck guys. Hope it works out.

****. Bad news, but I wish them luck in their careers. Hope they don’t get the Kayaak Curse.

I'm not upset with them, I'm upset with our staff for putting us in the situation where we have 8 scholarship defensive linemen. How can a program with national, ****... Conference, championship aspirations get to the point where we only have 8 defensive linemen??? And most of them aren't even difference makers. **** ain't Georgia, man. It's different down here. I'm starting to have concerns. Everyone saying "relax" realizes that most programs have at least 12 dudes on the DL depth chart right? We are severely lacking.

It’s January and I’m a Cane fan so I expected bad news. Pete’s always dead on with the bad news.

So our DT rotation next year is Willis, Bethel, Ford, and Silvera....with Demetrius Pinching down on passing downs. That can win the Coastal again if our offense gets better.

Where do we go from here?

Willis (3T) and Ford (1T) will most likely start with Bethel and Silvera backing them up. Martin is going to have to play by default. Expect Djax to slide inside at times.

At this point, We don’t have the numbers/quality to rotate like we did last year. We’ll see who we close with but we need another 1/2 DTs in addition to Nesta.

We’re going to be 1 injury away from disaster (like tight end last year).

Look, they gotta do what they gotta do. But this we will be ‘okay,’ it’s code word for we won’t win anything big, again. Alabama isn’t ‘okay.’ Georgia isn’t ‘okay.’ But Georgia might not be where they are if their backs had declared last year. By the time we recruit the kids you want and ‘coach ‘em up,’ it’ll be 2020. Part of winning is holding onto the kids you already recruited and coached up, so you don’t have to start over before you win anything notable.

Pinning our defensive success on a head case, a freshman and two guys that have played about 30 snaps combined is tough
