I would assume fastest would have to be the player that reached the fastest speed in a game (GPS Speed)? Do we count track times, 40 times, 10-yard split, shuttles drills, etc?

Cam Harris supposedly reached 23.07 mph in a game against Louisville in 2020.

Quickness and cutting speed and explosiveness are more important in my book where players like Hester, Duke, Moss brothers, Rosco, Lamer, Travis, and others shine.

It's about time to bring up Tory Mitchell again. He was the fastest ever to grace Greentree. Period.

Granted, it was only for a few weeks in August of 99 but he was the truth. Ask anyone who watched practice back then.

I always tell the story of watching him play on the scout team and covering Moss running stride for stride with him - looked like he was jogging out there

If anyone has a direct line to Wayne or Moss, definitely ask them about Mitchell. Hopefully they remember him.
