Basically, it's like attempting to hook up with some married chick who is not happy with her relationship.
I wouldn't know. But a friend tells me that the right eye contact and smile is all you need to know.

I don’t think there is any official language definition, NCAA is just making it up as they go.Few questions: what constitutes tampering? who isn’t engaged directly or indirectly in tampering? who polices tampering & what are the consequences?
He's a beast, plays with his hair on fireIs he good?
Do you know what he injured? He's a beast, plays with his hair on fire
Talking to a players representation is not tampering just an FYI. If these people think that then they are waaaayyyyyy behind already
Ok, Uncle Johnny reached out to an analyst, booster or former player & says my nephew plans to enter the portal. Would you be interested & potential for NIL deal? Good luck policing or enforcing the policy.Apparently it is tampering if it is explicitly related to a possible transfer -- "under current NCAA rules, agents and other representatives (like family, advisors, or NIL agents) are prohibited from contacting other NCAA programs on behalf of their student-athlete clients about transfer opportunities before the athlete has formally entered the transfer portal"
