we need a Miami guy, not just any guy that shows success. We need somebody thats gonna get creative with the speedy SFl kids. That being Said we need someone that can come in in incorporate a 4-3 or 4-2-5. Not someone that has a good track record and has used a 3-4 throughout his career.

Agree on Claeys but correct me if I'm wrong on Chizik..
Wasn't his last DC stint a mess?

Yeah, I'm not sure that guy is walking into Tyrique Stevenson's house and convincing him to play at Miami.
 
Not in a million years. NO. He had issues with players when he was here the FIRST time:

Jk. Likeable guy. Who knows? He wasn't a HC. That's for sure. But he was an excellent DC back in the day.
