Hermann not cleaning house, but rather flailing in desperation because he is next at end of 2020 season...
or sooner...
or sooner...
Their offense was basically.
1st Down - Run Sam
2nd Down - Run Sam
3rd down - Bomb
money talks and there is plenty in Austin.
People forget that Jimmy made major staff changes after his first year at UM. Now, that was a bit different because he inherited a bunch of guys he had to take from the previous regime.
But still, the needed changes were made -- and quickly.
exactly. Manure hired this staff. I don’t think he’s going to pull the trigger on coordinator position axing but yeah, that’s his only chance to give himself and his tram a chance - hire a new coordinator. Question is, which one? I vote for enos and let manny dictate more on defense. That’s manny’s last chance for next year.
Yes. He was that bad.Was Tim Beck that bad?
They seemed to have a pretty good offense.
Red McCombs gives them essentially a limitless budget...

Now? Has since 2007. Although it’s been one long nightmare.Being a Canes fan sucks right now. Wow![]()
Truthfully needs both coordinators upgraded. He can't spend the kind of time on defense he did later this season and have any shot at saving himself as HC.
Can’t be. Herman is a #Savage.Hermann not cleaning house, but rather flailing in desperation because he is next at end of 2020 season...

Remember, they're in the Big 12 where Defense is optional.I hear ya.....didn't get a chance to watch them much, just looking at their scores on their web site and noticed they scored a lot, even when they lost....I don't see us scoring 30 something on lsu..lol

You cant make this arguement for mostly every teamThere were a number of extenuating circumstances this year. Mainly injuries, which were much higher than normal and wrecked the defense. The entire RB corp was out of action entering the year, leading a backup QB having to act as running back.
Just like recruiting the choices aint as hard when you're sifting through the leftovers. So we got Texas, Fsu, and possibly USC all looking at filling out new staffs while we haven't made a single move yet. Good.
Manny is waiting for the right time to throw his staff under the bus. And that will be the year before he's fired. So we got Texas, Fsu, and possibly USC all looking at filling out new staffs while we haven't made a single move yet. Good.
The oline had improved..yesterday was a mix of the injuries..I’ll say this, I was wrong to criticize Barry for rolling with the young cats..I thought he was thinking long term and compromising the short term..but those guys truly are the best optionHe can tell Barry to kick rocks as well that's why ditching enos is just the least he could do.
Herman’s in Year 3 and hasn’t fully delivered UT as a power.
He needs to win big next season.
Wow!!! Him and his DC have been together since he became a head coach
