Think about the talent level that McCoy and Samson don’t start. That’s pretty good depth at Oline.

Mark Fletcher and maybe even Jordan Lyle will probably have to start at RB at some point.

Restrepo and Ward are irreplaceable,

It's also surprising how many people forget when talent gets truly equalized across organizations, one dominant "genius"* perhaps doesn't look as smart....

I'm not attacking Guidry, but I thought he had some historical baggage that made him a tougher big program HC candidate?

By all means...pay the man and keep him!
