It's also surprising how many people forget when talent gets truly equalized across organizations, one dominant "genius"* perhaps doesn't look as smart....

Guidry is exceptional. No Bain no problem.
Mario needs to make Guidry his Brent venables here at Miami.
I'm not attacking Guidry, but I thought he had some historical baggage that made him a tougher big program HC candidate?

By all means...pay the man and keep him!
