Please to whoever has the time that wants to look into this:

Can we please find out the average time it takes the offense to snap the ball from the time everyone is lined up, to the time the ball is snapped?

I swear it takes at least 10 seconds between the offense being set, and the QB looking around, patting the side which the RB gets set to, claps, then waits for the snap. Its the most painful thing I've ever seen on the offensive side of the ball. It gives the defense so much time to think about the 4 plays that could possibly be coming.

It takes like 15 second for a play to get called.

Why would we go fast? It makes way too much sense.

We're in South Florida. It's muggy and hot. From an endurance standpoint, we could really crush teams if we picked up the pace.

Our pace could be a huge advantage.

But nope...... let's just plod along at a slow-*** pace, and run the ball right up the middle 50% of the time. Let's play power football while recruiting a region that doesn't produce offensive linemen. Great strategy.

Just guessing here but I think they are deliberately slowing the offense because of all the 3n outs. This offense is SO bad that running hurry up would completely gas the defense by the 3rd quarter. However, I have no rational explanation why we can’t run hurryup in 2 minute offense. Even with 4 min left on the clock, they run out of time. Mind boggling how a veteran coach of 18+ years could do that. It leads me to believe Richt is just too old to be doing this.

You guys just wait until the entire playbook gets used. Some of his more complex stuff takes longer than Gone With The Wind, I’m told.....

If the offense didn't bleed clock, the defense would have literally no more than 2 min rest after every series.

Drives me NUTS! Three yards & a cloud of dust.....

I was on a cruise this week and I am embarrassed to admit I am glad I missed the game and worse was not even a little surprised when I found out we loss.

Yep, I can’t imagine how bad TOP would be if they ran tempo. Doesn’t explain why they can’t run 2 min offense with 4 minutes!!

That would make some sense if we didn’t do also when we’re down two scores late in the 4th quarter

no question.. winning the FSU game was a MIRACLE !

the last 3 games it's like the Canes offense just turned a switch off. in the last three games we have scored only 5 TDs
