Title Game crowd

I saw a post from someone that said, "Miami can't fill their stadium for a regular season game, those people aren't going to pay $3,000 to go to this game".

Shows how absolutely little most people know about the culture of South Florida sports fans.
Miami will show up and indiana people said those tickets are expensive

I love how IU now thinks they’re the experts on all things college football. We’ve been killing narratives this entire playoffs, including that we don’t travel. The majority of Hurricane Club and season ticket holders who received an allotment from UM are very unlikely to sell them. There will be a ton of corporate and unassociated people, too. This city shows up for big events, and this is the biggest sporting event in a long *** time. There will be A LOT of Green and Orange!

Does anyone know tbe actual ticket allocations?

IU: ??
Miami: ??
General Allocations: ??

I'm thinking the "just wanna be seen" factor will draw a bit of Miami peeps...

...perhaps our Orange and Green won't be so outnumbered.

What is the color we are supposed to wear?

I'm sticking with the 2026 Mil Appreciation Olive Drab...we haven't lost a single contest I've rocked the fit and Mario seems to be a fan as well.

I've also bought TWO live chickens.

Jobu shall be pleased.

Since the "gray" part of the map was sold to people in SoFla, I'd be willing to bet that the fans will be 60-40 in favor of Miami (and the red is Miami, while the blue is Indiana).

That’s one of the problems with the playoffs is having the games off campus you force people to burn their cash on earlier games and unless you have really deep pockets, you can’t go to every one. This holds true for Indiana fans as well.
I know a guy who went to all three games with his son and the amount of money it cost him was astronomical.

It will probably be legit 50/50 or something like that. All playoffs Canes fans have traveled **** well. It was **** near 50/50 in Dallas and it was close to 50/50 again in Arizona. Gonna need people to stop listening to these losers who have never won anything.
It wasn’t 50/50 in Dallas but we had a huge showing. Fiesta was easily 65% them.

This is fake news b/c it includes all of the Indiana campuses.

Bloomington is big at 40k+ but this stat that keeps getting put out there is misleading.
Nothing FAKE about it. It is a very large university with two primary campus locations and 5 "regional" campuses .. that make up the Indiana University System. They are ALL IU students. Very large student body provides the foundation for what IS the largest living alumni base.

-IU Bloomington campus 48,626
-IU Indianapolis campus 20,677
-IU regional campuses (5) 17,858

We can split hairs about actual numbers but the bottom line is our fanbase has shown out in a way most idiot national observers wouldn’t have expected possible. We are a motivated bunch. It’s largely a question of that motivation + location vs factors like allocation and economics.

I’m confident that regardless of what the precise numbers happen to be that this game will not feel like an “IU home game” and we will make our presence known.

Its fake buddy. If other states calculated their "alumni" the same way IU would be at least 10th in the rankings.

Cal State system has 500k
Cal University system has 300k
SUNY has 375k
Texas A&M has 160k
Uni of Texas has 250k
Penn St has 150k
Wisconsin has 170k
N Carolina has 240k

I keep seeing Indiana fans tell everyone that travel so well it’s going to be 4-1 Indiana fans in hard rock. I find that hard to believe but it’s a once in 3 generation thing for them so maybe they are willing to spend? What are the they saying locally?
If that’s the case it’s because they decided to make offers locals couldn’t refuse.

My tickets are priceless up to a point 😂😂 ($15k each, BTW if anyone wants them 😂😂).

It's also meaningless... most major brand school's fans are not alumni.

The only Indiana fans are alumni.
