Times might really be changing

Appears that Enos is laying the groundwork for something special here.. Especially with our QB development

I haven't been this comfortable since Earl Morrall was here and this was QB U.

At least in making our QBs realize that there's a lot more necessary for being a good QB besides just having an arm

You've got someone special when he has the mind to go along with the talent...its just as much a problem having a mind with no talent...you gotta have BOTH

Can't wait to see the results starting 8/24

Sean Mcvay was what thirty-fooking-one when he got the rams job... don’t discredit dudes who deserve the job

Jr is no mcvay at the most he should have had a cushy job as an analyst here while cutting his teeth

But yes if Perry can keep his head on right he can be a great QB and lead us to some 10+ win seasons
But the Rev said Tate was going to be the anointed one. What goes?

I was wondering what Boy Richt would say and what credential he would speak of when recruiting. I'm always amazed when "they" can openly use nepotism in someone elses enterprise and the powers to be say/do nothing. Some institutions and governments have rules against it a it's still allowed.
The thing that really galled me was Richt's wife as hydration specialist. Couldn't we hire a professional hydration specialist?

Kid has an absolute ton of raw talent.

The second half of the FSU game and pretty much the entire V Tech game was beautiful to watch.

If he can mature and grow as a person, he still has the chance to be special.
Agreed. I don't have a preference other than whichever of the three will get us the most wins. But I don't understand some people writing Kosi off like they have. Yes, he's done idiotic things...but not horrible, criminal things. Yes, he's been immature...but people mature over time, especially with the right guidance and mentoring.

I don't think it was raw talent.. I'm pretty sure he used a rubber in his movie.

Enos is just a great qb developer. It’s just what he does. Look how much Jalen hurts improved as a qb with just under a year of working with enos. Look at tuas play. Look at the Allen brothers improvements at Arkansas.

In 2015 and 2016, the Razorbacks were one of two FBS teams with a 3,000-yard passer and 1,300-yard rusher -- featuring a different quarterback and different running back in each season. And he coached Tua last year. He knows what he’s doing.

From all the reports look how much each of the qbs improved as spring went on.

Once Enos takes Kosi's Coker inspired clapping we are good to go.
Kudos to Kosi for turning things around and making his case to be our starting QB. He comin...

.....and this is why it’s a 3 man race.

Not only have all three worked hard, but the guy (Kosi) that most here thought would be the first to ***** up hasn't, and it’s been about eight months - not one bad thing regarding Kosi. Not one.

I’m not saying he’s going to be the starter, but he’s not humiliating himself or fūcking up. That’s a huge jump. You know, sometimes people do mature.

Love the way Enos is managing his QB room. All those guys seem to be getting better and showing great leadership.

I'm amazed at the Kosi's ability to turn around. He has a legit chance at winning back the starting spot despite multiple massive judgment failures. I wrote him off after the **** scandal broke, yet here he is showing focus, determination, respect. Good for him!

This is one of the things that doesn't get talked about enough.

I'm not saying things are changing or have changed, I'm not saying Enos is great, I'm not saying Kosi will be a great QB....but what I am CERTAIN will happen and is happening, is Kosi is being led and mentored better than he ever has been in his life.

Jon Richt was a kid who had ZERO experience with this sort of thing. I'm not talking 1% about football. I'm talking strictly about life and maturity. Enos is a professional at that side of things. He's been working with young people for 25 years. He's mentored countless of kids just like Kosi. So, aside from the X's and O's part, I'm just thrilled that the offense, and especially the QBs, are now being led by a man who knows how to lead men, and not a kid who has no business with the position he had. We'll see how it shakes out, but Kosi WILL get the instruction he needs. Whether he takes it, and whether it turns him into a better player, we'll see. But he's getting something now that he's never had before.
The Jon Richt thing was one of the more ridiculous things in a string of unbelievable things in the last 15+ years. In that time, we've seen a lot of weird stuff. But, Jon's elevation to one of the more important roles in the offense (tutors QBs AND eyes in booth on gameday?!) is up there. Think about just some of these things:

- We've had a S&C coach who couldn't physically be in the weight room, supposedly
- We had a DC one year who ran like 3 total coverages
- We had a HC/OC who ran like 12 plays
- We had another HC who hired his best friend who couldn't be fired no matter the lack of performance displayed
- We had that same HC read obscure motivation books and lay out a culture of sending players extremely strange quotes and readings
- Let's add that the coach also fattened up all his defensive players to play out of position
- We had a HC who wanted to prove he could call plays, so he hired his Thanksgiving dinner table participants so no one really challenged him
- We had another S&C coach who reportedly wouldn't show up sometimes
- We had a sub-30 y/o QB coach with no history of technical or administrative excellence making key decisions and offering guidance
- Not to mention admin/director issues throughout

That's just some.

Is it a ******* wonder we have insanely underperformed for over 15 years?

I think that's a fair summary... Missing some other bullet points but that's a good jist.

This is all good to hear but I think Tate is the guy. Again I know it was against Rutgers but seeing what he is capable of is scary. His ability to create when the pocket breaks down is just not present with jarren and nkosi. The how good the offense line is going to protect is still in the air but if we’re going on the past two scrimmages you need someone mobile back their

I'd say following 28 people on IG is more impressive. In all reality Twitter occupies a very small percentage people's eyeballs. And those eyeballs tend to be older demo like us following news/sports.

Anyone under the age of 30 is on Instagram for 95% of their social media.

Impossible. Tate posts way to much on IG to be a D1 QB, according to some porsters on here.

The reason why no one talks about Tate posting on IG or Twitter, is because he's never been accused of being lazy, immature, or an aspiring **** star. When you possess questionable traits/intangibles, everything you do is going to be under a microscope and heavily scrutinized. Also..in order to become a successful QB you have to be willing to make personal compromises/sacrifices in order to achieve team goals and be an effective leader. It's part of the job description..either you accept those responsibilities or you don't
