I thought this was pretty amazing. Kosi, a 20 year old QB who has had a history of making mistakes and poor decisions on social media ONLY follows Dan Enos on Twitter. No teammates, celebrities, women... he only follows the man he should be following. I think Dan Enos is really having an impact on the culture of this team. Not only is our QB recruiting way more eventful but the guys on the roster are buying in to him and putting their trust on him. Culture is changing.

Figured it would be Enos and Bangbros but I was wrong.

Yea and I heard he's gonna start sporting a bow-tie too.

This is one of the things that doesn't get talked about enough.

I'm not saying things are changing or have changed, I'm not saying Enos is great, I'm not saying Kosi will be a great QB....but what I am CERTAIN will happen and is happening, is Kosi is being led and mentored better than he ever has been in his life.

Jon Richt was a kid who had ZERO experience with this sort of thing. I'm not talking 1% about football. I'm talking strictly about life and maturity. Enos is a professional at that side of things. He's been working with young people for 25 years. He's mentored countless of kids just like Kosi. So, aside from the X's and O's part, I'm just thrilled that the offense, and especially the QBs, are now being led by a man who knows how to lead men, and not a kid who has no business with the position he had. We'll see how it shakes out, but Kosi WILL get the instruction he needs. Whether he takes it, and whether it turns him into a better player, we'll see. But he's getting something now that he's never had before.

Culture change. That is exactly what has been needed. All the little things we've been seeing seem to reflect a true change of cultures going on in with this program. I could not be more excited!

I could not agree with you more. It was hard for Jon Richt to tell players they need to be more mature when he looked like a frat dude and was about six days older than 'Kosi

Kosi WILL get better.

So will Martell and Williams.

Whoever picks up the playbook and protects the ball will be good this year.

You can craft a good offense with any of them. Hopefully that guy can be special.

I was wondering what Boy Richt would say and what credential he would speak of when recruiting. I'm always amazed when "they" can openly use nepotism in someone elses enterprise and the powers to be say/do nothing. Some institutions and governments have rules against it a it's still allowed.

John Richt was twenty-*******-five when he got the job to be the UM QB's coach. A toaster would be an upgrade

Sean Mcvay was what thirty-fooking-one when he got the rams job... don’t discredit dudes who deserve the job

Jr is no mcvay at the most he should have had a cushy job as an analyst here while cutting his teeth

But yes if Perry can keep his head on right he can be a great QB and lead us to some 10+ win seasons

I like it - whether this guy turns out to be a genius play-caller for us or not, at the very least it does seem that he is commanding respect from these kids, and that'll count for something. It should at least translate into a more disciplined product on the field.
