Timeline of potential changes

Al Golden was here for 4 and a half seasons so...there’s a timeline.

Except other teams have done it this year and have already hired coaches. So the potential market for coaches gets smaller.
Also who cares about running an offense in the a meaningless bowl game when it could be the reasons you miss out on the best coach available?

Probably after the Feb signing day If minor..if it’s a OC or DC likely before that and soon after the bowl
 
Theoretical and not realistic....but NFL games could be a deciding factor. If someone like Dorsey or Reed, etc. would have interest they couldnt be hired until after NFL seasons are over.....

I know this ain't happening

they havent necessarily missed out on anyone as an OC candidate right now so that worry isnt there

Don't set yourselves up ... there will be some window dressing type changes and then a lot of culture talk....

Manny might win 7 next season and BJ will give him a 4 year extension...

We have seen this before..

This assumes James will still be there to be met. Many might see this as a part of the problem this team is having in and of itself.
 
No one gets fired. Barry May walk away but tats about it. Diaz isn’t firing any of his butt buddies on defense and he will give Enos another year cause the offense was “young”. Get ready
