I know the Seider name keeps coming up but I’ve heard numerous times now that he isn’t leaving/moving his family again for anything but an OC role.

He’s a beast recruiter but I really didn’t understand his usage of Nick Singleton last year. Some games/times were baffling both in rotation and play calls, which he should be working with the OC on.
