If true....that must mean little Richt has an actual position on staff. Possibly quarterbacks coach.

That's what a few of us expected. He wasn't only going to coach STs.

If Richt Jr. is a coach is there still an open spot?

If there is still one slot, Richt is holding onto that co-OC gig for someone relatively special would be my guess. Maybe he can use it to lure a gem/up and comer.
 
If we are freeing up another position, Bring in Matt Canada for QB coach/Co-OC and the former WR coach from the 49ers.
 
Not sure why everyone thinks there has to be another "co-OC." Perhaps Richt is considering himself the other half, since he'll be playcalling and he just needs Brown to help with practices and game planning.

And we're still not sure what Jon Richt's status is. Could only be one position available.

Because then Brown would just be the OC with Richt calling.

I hope Mark doesn't use one of our coaching positions on his son. We have a lot of coaching to catch up on and every position should be maximized. If Mark wins NC then he can give his son one.
