Obviously we want them to develop, but I think Dmoney's point is that Fitz could end up playing some CB in our real games. Maybe even against ND and in the playoffs if injuries are still a concern. If thats the case then play him over those guys without hesitation.

D$ also thinks Fitz is a superhuman. I've already seen him beaten in coverage. Get the actual CB prospects ready. We need 1 of them to be the real deal. Odds are high this will work out with enough reps. Waters, Ewald, and Portis were all high level recruits.

You still Have Dylan Day ,Taylor , Camdin Portis at Safety / Nickel.

CB - Room still strong with A Fitgerald, O’Conner & Browm. You will be better than fine.

It’s tough because fitz is probably the best FS, SS, and nickel on the team so you gotta weigh playing him at his best position or where he’s needed most

didn’t he stay hurt the last two years ? It’s seems to be a trend too . Who’s after o Conner ? Portis , waters and then who . $ is prob right Fritz will end up moving to cb to cover down for in injuries . Brown will be next imo he seems to stay hurt . I hope I’m wrong prob bull a hamstring out 8 weeks or turf toe

Hopefully it's the right decision. We will still need to get some reps for the young CB's against real competition. Like I said we need to find 1 more CB to help us if needed.
 
Bryce looks like one of those prototype 1st rounders lined up at the CB spot from a size and athleticism standpoint. We know he has elite speed and ball skills.

I agree with AR regarding the injuries although unfortunate, could be a blessing in disguise opening up an opportunity for Bryce to get some looks at outside corner. Which is only possible bc of the emergence of JJ Dunnigan at safety.
