We are officially four days away from the 2026 NBA Draft. Ahead of the draft, ESPN released its final Top-100 prospect rankings, and three Miami Hurricanes found themselves on the big board. Guard Tre Donaldson checked in at No. 71, center Ernest Udeh Jr. landed at No. 72, and forward Malik Reneau came in at No. 86, giving Miami three representatives in ESPN’s final rankings.

For a program entering its first offseason under Jai Lucas, having three players ranked among ESPN’s top 100 prospects is a solid reminder of the talent that came through Coral Gables this past season.
Donaldson was one of the biggest reasons Miami was able to stay competitive throughout the year. Coming in at No. 71 the veteran guard took over the lead role in the backcourt and consistently delivered when the Hurricanes needed him. Whether it was creating offense for himself or setting up teammates, Donaldson showed the all-around game that NBA teams value in experienced guards.
Just one spot behind him is Udeh at No. 72. The former Kansas and TCU transfer made a major impact in the middle for Miami, providing toughness, rebounding, and rim protection. Udeh may not fill up the stat sheet every night, but his ability to do the dirty work made him one of the Hurricanes most important players. His size and defensive presence could earn him a look from teams searching for frontcourt depth.
Reneau rounds out Miami’s group at No. 86. The forward arrived in Coral Gables with plenty of expectations after transferring from Indiana and quickly became one of Miami’s top scoring options. Reneau’s strength around the basket and ability to score through contact helped him become a matchup problem for opposing defenses throughout the season.
While none of the three Hurricanes are currently projected as first-round selections, being included on ESPN’s final big board keeps all of them firmly in the conversation heading into draft week. Whether they hear their names called during the two-day event or earn opportunities afterward, Donaldson, Udeh, and Reneau have all put themselves in position to continue their basketball careers at the professional level.
